I would suggest you check if you are able to find the wireless card listed in device manager. Please follow the steps mentioned below to check the wireless card is listed in Device manager. Open ‘Device Manager’ by clicking the Start button, In the search box, type ‘Device Manager’, and then, in the list of results, click ‘Device Manager’. When the device manager pops up, in the list please check for ‘Network adapter’. Please click on the arrow mark beside ‘Network adapter’. Check if you are able to see the Wireless card listed or in ‘Other devices’. If not you will have to reinstall the drivers for the Wireless card. Please refer to the link below and go ahead download the appropriate wireless card driver listed under ‘Network’ section drivers, after selecting the operating system installed on your computer. Once you are able to find the Wireless card model, Make sure you download the driver for that same mode from the link as it has two different types of wireless drivers available under network section.
